Food is our common ground, a universal experience
I am fond of the land in which I live and I am excited about the possibility of being able to make it known, I look at nature with respect and gratitude for the landscapes and the fruits it gives us.
A farmhouse, warm sunset lights filtering through the trees in the park, memories of travelers. Let’s enter. A welcoming and never predictable atmosphere where you can see in every detail the passion of those who dreamed of this place made to dream, a complex of emotions that culminate in the experience of the cuisine proposed by Marina in which research and tradition, simplicity and elegance coexist.

ROOMS
ROOMS
Our accommodations have been obtained from the original spaces of the structure, made unique thanks to the skilful renovation that has seen the recovery of the original materials, the addition of valuable elements resulting from years of research and the right touch of modernity to give the greatest possible comfort.
IL TERRITORIO
Gaiba, a small and ancient center on the left bank of the Po, in the part of Polesine which is part of the Po Grande UNESCO Reserve. A linear landscape where the horizon is jagged only by trees, fields of ever-changing colors that in the winter months are covered with elusive mist, small villages with great hidden treasures such as villas, churches and monasteries visible from the sinuous roads immersed in the countryside ideal for those wishing to take a ride by bicycle.
NATURE & DESIGN
Each one of us is nostalgic for an era never lived, the memory of an enchanted time, here at Bonello we wanted to give a breath of past lives through the research of antique furnishings that tell stories.
The rooms follow one another, opening always new horizons, material elements vibrate between lights and shadows, transparencies mark a thin border with the outside world where sounds and scents of native plants remind us exactly where we are: in the heart of the Po Valley, a step away from the waters of the Po river.
